Chinese green tea needs 158-176 degrees Fahrenheit for brewing and the Japanese one requires 176-185 degree Fahrenheit. If the temperature is a bit high, you can wait for some time to let it cool.
Step 4: Add Infuser
Once the temperature is right, you can take off the kettle from the heat. Now, go through the infuser and take the mug. Place the infuser inside the teacup or mug. Check the edge of the infuser and you will find a knob to keep it stuck. Fix it and keep it in place. As a result, the ball of the infuser will hand inside the mug. At this point, you are free to pour the water into the mug and brew the tea.
Step 5: Pour Water and Enjoy
